1.1. all material, text, images, animations, designs & layouts are totally the property of web and media - fadi m. abul husn (lebanese).

1.2. all items designed for the clients of web and media are totally the property of the respective clients who have completely settled the design / development fees.

1.3. it is totally the right of web and media to exhibit the tasks performed to each specific client in the portfolio section. the client has the right to request the masking, hiding or blurring any part partially or fully on condition that our work still be visible.

1.4. web and media may not be held liable for any misuse, change or modification of any designed item after final delivery.

1.5. some portfolio items on this site may not appear exactly as the original items delivered, this may be due to client personal changes or change requests by the client.

1.6. web and media may not be held liable for any / all printed media replication, photocopying, forgery, scanning, use, misuse or any other form.

1.7. more than 80% of the site content is graphically generated & we do not keep any form of hard copies of the client stationery, prints or final end user multimedia cds. (although all is digitally backed up).

1.8. all digital media such as disks, cds, dvds, tapes & zip drive disks are checked for known viruses existent at the date of release.

1.9 all prices are subject to change without prior notice, also prices listed in this site are for promotional purpose only, we may mark up or discount these prices as we see best fit where we commit only to the prices included in our direct client offers.

• 2.0 privacy policy

2.1. web and media and fadi m. abul husn do respect all clients' privacy and may never in any form give, release, or distribute any sort of information, design, layout, points of meeting and business details to any third party.

2.2. concerning passwords: no user name or password can and will be given to an employee, relative or friend of any client without the direct visual or vocal confirmation of the client.

2.3. all clients' telephone / fax / mobile numbers, as well as their emails are to be given, released or exhibited to a third party both public or private. we will & will only handle these information as our clients see best on their web sites, prints & other jobs we do.

2.4. we will only place client web links on our site (no email links) to sites we have developed for that specific client. if for any reason you (our client) find this as irritating we will remove the link immediately

• 4.0 service terms & conditions (for offers)

4.1 Design & Development

4.1.1 The design of your company’s web site will be highly modular for ease of future upgrade and update.

4.1.2 The site Navigation will be very user friendly and easy with redundant text links of graphical links for older browser compliance (optional).

4.1.3 Embedded Meta-Tags and keywords for search engine indexing.

4.1.4 World Wide Web Consortium approved HTML Coding for all pages (www.w3.org)

4.1.5 The site will be Multi-Platform compatible (Mac/PC/Unix), All Display/Resolution Compatible and Multi-Browser Compatible (V5.5+/6+ NN/IE).

4.1.6 Optimized Image/Graphic sizes and 100% Web-Safe Colors.

4.1.7 Multiple Forms in site are separate and unrelated and are transferred as email.

4.1.8 Relational Components if required are charged as extra. Form(s) to DB requires an additional offer.

4.1.9 WYSIWYG Web Printing: All web sites are designed, developed, produced and delivered fully RGB compliant and are intended for screening purposes only. All site items are fully guaranteed to show on screen in the designed layout. We hold no liability for this or other background images and patterns to appear in printing where web browsers may or may not support WYSIWYG Web Printing. Some Style Sheets and internal scripts may not appear or may change in Netscape versions below 6.x.

4.2 Fees & Pricing

4.2.1 Additional Pages required by your company will be added to the final invoice.

4.2.2 Former clients automatically benefit from a 10% discount on their next deal. This includes projects executed in phases (With 18 months validity and does not apply if the client does not supply data within the offer validity below – see footer).

4.2.3 Free Items: No free items (If available) are to be separately submitted. Each free item in this offer is only granted with the purchase of a related item.

4.2.4 Arabic Option: Please notice that Arabic (S/D) HTML/ASP pages are charged higher than English (S/D) HTML/ASP pages. Arabic site pages will require a case-by-case study for each web design project. Dual language pages may not be applicable to all types of design and require a separate design offer.

4.2.5 A Yearly Maintenance fee equivalent to 10% of the site design & development is to be paid in full at the beginning of each year. This fee includes maintenance & update. General site changes are charged separately.

4.2.6 Credit Card Option: This offer does not include e-commerce and online shopping credit card verification system and/or online payment system which are charged as separate and require a new detailed offer. [default offer]

4.2.7 The above pricing includes the submission of 2 JPG Samples following the approval of contract and down payment. Additional samples will be charged as additional services to the final invoice.

4.2.8 Additional optional items such as IPIX, News Feeds, Real Video and third party Web based items are charged as separate and prices are subject to change respectively to issuing corporations.

4.2.9 Fees deducted by the client or delay of payment, fully entitles us to reduce, abort or cut down on the service provided equivalent to the amount reduced or delayed.

4.3 Service Duration & Time Limits

4.3.1 All data and Input material are to be supplied by the client in a maximum period of 10 days within the signing of the offer or the delivery of the down payment. Failure to do so, will give us the right to postpone the site within our suitability, in addition to 15% increase in pricing within the first 30 days, 20% within the next 60 days, and to abort the design & development of the site within 90 days. No refund in any case above will be applicable. Reactivation of the offered services after that requires a new non discounted offer.

4.4 Privacy Statement & Compliance

4.4.1 All GRAPHICAL SOURCES, resources and raw images created, acquired and used for the design of digital and printed media are the property of Web and Media unless the above materials are supplied by the client.

4.4.2 All Materials Supplied by the client for the design, development, creation, promotion and other works are totally the property of the client and are safely secured to be returned after usage or exploit. (If the current materials were to be modified by web and media then refer to term 4.1)

4.4.3 British Compliance: [masked for confidentiality of certificate names & numbers held]

4.4.4 All site files can be supplied to the client along with other files required for client’s in-house usage via CD or DVD. Web and Media may not be held liable for the operation, modification, amendment, installation, update, upgrade or tamper of the offline or the online content supplied.

4.4.5 The information contained in this offer and any web and media released document is intended only for the named addressee(s) above. If you are not the named addressee(s), please notify the sender immediately and do not disclose copy or distribute the contents to any other person other than the intended addressee(s).

4.4.6 All major and accessory designs submitted by our company will ultimately match in part and/or in whole the Corporate Theme of your firm thus maintaining your corporate identity regardless of seasonal, product or service changes unless otherwise specified.

4.4.7 “web and media” guarantees the client’s privacy of email, password protected folders and statistics unless the above contradicts with term 5.5 below.

4.5 Domains / Hosts / Etc.

4.5.1 The client agrees to settle all domain name & hosting renewals within a period of 10 days from the initial notification.

4.5.2 All Clients or third parties who control the domain name as a registrants / Administrative / contact or Technical relieves us of any liability and/or responsibility of changes made to the domain, DNS and associated services.

4.5.3 The client agrees not to abuse the hosting service in any means or methods and is totally bound by the hosting service terms & conditions.

4.5.4 Exceeding the supplied web space (includes email space as well) or exceeding bandwidth space entitles “web and media” to charge for the exceeded space and/or bandwidth as well as halting of service.

4.5.5 Upload, storage or exchange of offensive, unsolicited, religious, political, ethnic, racist or any unethical material on our servers is considered a breech of contract, where the client is held totally liable for the above.

4.5.6 “web and media” is never to be held liable for any discrepancies, errors, failures, conflicts or downs of any third party server not provided by “web and media” or its partner hosting service providers.

4.5.7 Changes made by clients or any of their representatives to the hosting service via the “control panel” or any other mean, is totally the liability of the client. Resetting charges will be applied according to severity of the case.

4.5.8 If you have received from us or our hosting service partner your site's (or sites') FTP, Control Panel, webmail, mail or domain login and/or password; or any hidden, protected, locked or available service that requires or do not require access and authentication in any electronic, digital, verbal, written, printed or relayed then section 4.5.7 is considered to be fully applicable.
